Rust 17 is the first preparation on the market that is so effective with Rust/Penetrating properties
remaining in harmony with nature. The use of vegetable oils and renewable substances not only makes it environmentally friendly, but above all extremely effective.
Tests under laboratory conditions have shown that Rust Remover/Penetrator 17 penetrates baked-on moving parts by 98%. It does not emulsify with water – this difference can be seen with the naked eye by mixing the product with water. In the case of most rust removers, a milky emulsion is formed when mixed with water, so water is not displaced at all, but rather is bound to the rust remover resulting in further corrosion.
Rust Remover 17 behaves quite differently, when mixed with water it remains separated so that it displaces moisture from all surfaces on which it is applied thus minimizing the risk of corrosion.
This means that the product works well for prevention.
